Netcom Hardware Services

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 October 2026

This policy explains how Netcom Hardware Services ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship of Saurabh Somani (GSTIN 27AVTPS9796H1Z8), handles personal data when you message our brands on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram through our customer messaging service (the "Service"). We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it.

1. Who we are and which brands this covers

We operate the Service and decide how the data in it is used, so we are the Data Fiduciary for that data under the DPDP Act. When you ask for a Chikitsa Samay appointment, we pass your request to the clinic you choose, and that clinic is responsible for how it uses your information after that.

2. Data we collect

We do not ask for payment card details, passwords or government ID numbers over chat. Please do not send them.

3. Why we use it

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Legal basis and consent

When you message us, you choose to give us your data to get a reply or a service. We process it for that purpose as a legitimate use under Section 7(a) of the DPDP Act, and with your consent under Section 6 where consent is needed, for example for promotional messages. You may withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened, and we may still keep data the law requires us to keep.

5. Health information (Chikitsa Samay appointment requests)

An appointment request may reveal health information, such as the reason for your visit. We collect only what is needed to pass the request on. We share it only with the clinic you choose and our staff who handle the request, and we never use it for advertising. Please share only what is needed to book. An appointment is not confirmed until the clinic confirms it. This Service does not give medical advice. In an emergency, call 108.

6. Who we share data with
